Twice I've gone and Kathryn was rude ignorant and very unprofessional. She messed up my rewards I saved as well as items bought to receive more off my gas. I will never ever go to this store again. Being I've been in customer service for 25 years I've never treated my customers the way she does. If you don't know your job then you should get someone to teach you or find another. Getting upset or mad at a paying customer due to lack of knowledge or experience is not the way you run someone's business . I'll make sure I go to the Hixson store before I get home from now on. Lost a customer. If I find out that store has same owner there are other stores in my routes daily.
