I accompanied my mother to the office, of course it is all walk ins so you never know how long the wait is going to be. Today, she was skipped and sat in the waiting room for hours. My mom loves coming to this office and Dr. Whitney is incredible. She has always taken great care of us. If she ever leaves that office, I know most of the patients will leave with her. The nurses are as nice as they can be. But today was not a good day. Someone else was working the receptionist desk not Donna. How can you leave a patient in the waiting room that long very unprofessional.
Have gotten good care and treatment when going to clinic. My husband and I have visited the clinic for issues such as sore throat, ear aches, upper respiratory, and viruses.
Like the doctor and the staff.
Looked on their website and hours show 9-5. Arrived at 4:08 and was told by the receptionist they do not accept patients after 4:00. Did not see that posted anywhere, not on the website and not in the facility. I nor any of my family will go back to this place.
I've been going to this clinic since right after it opened. The staff is very caring and treat you like a person and not a number like most Doctors I've seen and been to. Dr. Julie Carr she found out more in the first month of going there that was wrong with me than the years I've seen other doctors. Sorry to see her go, but the new Doctor there now Dr. Whitney Pugh is just as caring and understanding as Dr. Carr was. I'd recommend this Clinic to anyone that wants a Doctor that cares about the patient and wants to find the problem and get it taking care of and be treated with respect and dignaty. The rest of the staff is just as sweet and kind as the doctor.
Office personal is very rude to the point I wouldn't recommed to anyone
